The fanfare played at the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Concert was composed by Kjetil Bjerkestrand and performed by Tine Thing Helseth, the young Norwegian trumpeter. The concert took place on December 11, 2007, at Oslo Spektrum and was broadcast live on Norwegian television. The fanfare served as the opening piece for the concert.
